This is a project which has been entirely designed by Miani Group and will be sold once work is completed with a turnkey formula. The building development is spread over an area of approximately 450 m2. The completion price for the entire perfectly renovated farmhouse starts from €1,990,000. The price of the project includes the total renovation in compliance with the new anti-seismic and energy efficiency standards, 5 bedrooms each with a bathroom with shower, large living area with large windows, dining room, service bathroom, kitchen and technical room. The project also includes the installation of a photovoltaic system, a 5×14 swimming pool, design and construction of a garden, technical costs, study and design of the interior and external spaces, fully furnished with internal and external furnishings by the designer Emanuela Miani.
